About Us

CHARM is a family owned cleaning service led by Remi Hernaez and Richard Hernaez, a couple with hands-on cleaning experience since 2009. After many years of doing the work themselves, they started CHARM to serve clients directly and bring reliable cleaning support to condo owners, condo boards, property managers, building owners, and resident unit owners in Montreal, Laval, and nearby areas.

CHARM focuses on the spaces people notice and use often, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, washrooms, garbage and recycling areas, gyms, recreation spaces, garage areas, outside areas, and private condo units when requested. The service is built around reliability, respect, consistency, flexibility, and attention to detail, with cleaning products, vacuums, and machines available when needed.
